Open Rack Vaporizer (ORV) uses seawater or river water flowing over aluminum star-fin heat exchanger tubes to efficiently vaporize or heat cryogenic fluids. This natural heat source significantly reduces operating costs while the open-rack design allows easy monitoring, inspection, and maintenance.
ORVs are suitable for LNG, ethylene, ethane, propane, butane, ammonia, liquid CO₂ (LCO₂), liquid hydrogen (LH₂), and other non-corrosive fluids. Our optimized design maximizes shop fabrication and minimizes on-site construction eliminating the need for concrete structures, with simple water drainage sufficient.
